Life Celebration Ministries is a government recognized religious
denomination. As a denomination we can appoint people as clergy of
our organization and subsequently grant certification to officiate
wedding ceremonies.
» How much does the training and certification cost?
The initial two-day training fee is $625.00. We also require each
member to pay an annual membership and licensing fee. See our

» Do you offer online training and certification?
Yes. The nature of weddings is very personal and intimate. When possible,
every couple meets face to face with their service providers in
order to ensure there is a connection. In keeping with the
importance of connection, we require every one interested in joining
LCM to meet our leadership team face to face via Zoom. We want to meet you
and connect with you. We know that inspiration and influence happens
best in person not online.
» What is the total annual fee?
$1000.00. This fee includes annual certification and
membership. It allows each member to officiate as many ceremonies as
they wish with no added denominational dues to LCM.
» Why is there an annual fee?
Instead of asking for a royalty for each event we ask you to pay
a minimal upfront annual fee.
» How long before I am certified?
As long as all the requirements are met, certification will
happen at the end of the two-day training.
» Does the training include Ordination?
Ordination is available to those who require it.
» What are the course hours?
9:00am - 2:00pm both days.
» How do I get weddings?
Every member of LCM is responsible to market, build and
expand their own ministry. We are not a brokerage firm that sends
weddings to you. It is up to you to be successful in growth.
» Do you offer additional training?
Yes. Through our sister organizations
AAOCC and
LCLI we offer courses on
personal and professional development.
» What resources are made available?
The basic course offers a great deal of information on getting
started as a successful wedding clergy (Officiant). We offer resources
to assist with couple connection, administration and simple marketing
tips. The executive course is packed full of tools, tips, and countless
resources including but not limited to your own seo ready website and
Facebook page.
» Am I free to market myself?
Yes. LCM does not market any of its clergy. Only LCM created and
edited websites are allowed. Websites are available to anyone who
completes our two-day training course.
